Questions bout supercharging my rex
My current setup is a jdm gsr with cold air, spoon t-body,skunk2 manifold, itr cams, hytech header, 2.25 piping on hondata s200. I am obd-1. I put down 198hp and 142tq all motor on a dynapak. I'm ready to go bigger with this. I feel that supercharging my car will give me the gains I want more than all motor would. I don't want to take my header off to go turbo either. Which is why I want to supercharge my rex. I don't know too much bout superchargers and was wondering if someone can lead me to the right supercharger and what kind of numbers I will be looking at. I would like to hit 250hp and call it a day. Do I need to change my hondata s200? What are the differences in blowers? I.e. roots blower, eaton blower? What size injectors would I be needing? This kind of stuff.
Your help and comments would be very appreciated.

Well if you want the ideal supercharger setup and looking to get the most power out of S/C setup, you're most likely going to have to get rid of that hytech replica anyway.
Naturally aspirated headers usually don't have the larger primaries that are found on ideal supercharger exhaust manifolds. Also, you'll probably want something with at least 2.5 inch collector and just go full 2.5 piping.
The Jackson Racing kit is good, especially if you can get a deal on a used one. With the LHT liquid intercooler and the high boost pulley kit, you should be able to get pretty close to 250whp.
Oh, and 440 or 550 injectors should be fine.

oh, my header does have a 2.5 collector. Getting new piping isn't too hard. But whats this lht liquid intercooler?

vortech supercharger.the price is high but you'll hit about 270hp on a stock gsr.but with ur set up and the s200 for tuning sum bigger injectors and you would prob hit close or a lil over 300hp.just b sure to get it tune by a pro because most gsr bottom end go after 300-325hp..and the kit comes with everything down to tie straps..
am running 9psi with some head works and am pushing 270whp thats about 310hp...

It's a centrifugal supercharger so it has some lag to it and you'll have to wait for the boost to come on. But with the high revving honda motors and the short transmissions that really isn't a big deal. However, the way I see it, if you're going to have lag you might as well just go with a proper turbo setup that is more efficient than a supercharger and you have much higher power potential.
