Default Questions about the Techedge WB

Besides the assembled kit from their site, is the only thing needed is the sensor itself, like the NTK one from http://www.oxygensensor.net ? And can you install this without connecting to the ECU, like if you just wanna use it for monitoring a/f ? I will be using Uberteg's chip so I guess I don't have the option for autotuning currently. Does the ECU still need a signal from the WB unit? TIA

no,its all seperate, get the kit and kit the display, plus get the cable if your not putting all together yourself, you need the o2 sensor and you may want to think about getting a palm pilot for logging, they run about $60 on e bay and you can download the software from techedge website to datalog on the palm pilot, other wise you will have to watch the monitor and your rpm's at the same time.the data logger records all that stuff, then play it back and make your adjustments, easy as pie.
