Default Question Re: GT2871R BB Turbo on 1.7 B16...

I have a 1.7 liter b16a (84mm bore, darton sleeved) and I am trying to decide which turbo is best for my goals. Spool time and drivability are pretty much the bulk of my goals but top end thrust is always fun too. I was looking into the GT2871R .60 a/r comp, .84 a/r turbine. I'm looking for about 375 whp. How would this turbo perform for me? Any other suggestions?

There are a couple of threads in regards to GT2871R. You'll see that at the end, it's all about top-end power vs. Spool time. Better spool = smaller turbo = less top-end power. Bigger turbo = more top-end power = crappier spool time.
Your power goal is 375whp, you can't go wrong with a GT2871R IMO, except of course, the hefty price tag.
