question bout my turbo
ight i got a 93 civic coupe. its got a sohc vtec and i plan on putting my t25 kit on it. now so far im goin to do the injectors and fuel rail and intake manifold. when it comes exhaust i wanted to know if i need to buy an exhaust because i was goin to make one out of all my extra exhaust piping and put my muffler on. i dont wanna mess up and blow my motor because of backfire so i wanted to get a defenite answer. thanks

Re: question bout my turbo (cars101)
buy one, 2.5" (go 3" but I doubt you'll be needing it for a while)
also, dont buy an intake manifold, waste of $$$$$$$$, same as fuel rail, waste of $$$$.
When you do a small turbo like that, upgraded injectors, fuel pump, and exhaust is all you need to upgrade motor wise.

dont bother running a p28, what another waste of $$.
Do you have vtec? If so, there are a few options. If you do not have vtec, go with a chipped p06 ecu. Probably run you.. 100$ chipped? P28's are overrated.
You can also find ecus that are converted to vtec and chipped.
The actual chip you put your tuned map onto. Crome pro is the program most people use to tune cars, theres lots of others around too, but generally crome pro is most common and easiest to work with.
I could write for hours, but thats the basics.
