2001 Acura Integra Turbocharged with aem 30-1010 box currently running v1.03

I used the conversion notes and followed all the instructions and converted to v1.11 but when I select the new v1.11 file to open it I see a whole bunch of things that are not set. What is this about and have anybody else experience this.

and when I scroll down, these are all that is listed. Aem pros, please take the time to read through it and any insight on my tune or anything would be much appreciated. I know AEM has way more features than I would never use but is this just a list of the options that Im not using and I can still use this file? or are these critical things that need to be addressed?
