Question about Turbotrims on the To4B's
Maybe someone can help me out ...
What's the difference between the "V Trim" and the "Super V"? The only i know is, that the V Trim has a 2.75" Wheel and the Super V a 3.00".
But what's the difference? Can the Super V flow more? (cause the larger wheel?)
Has anyone more informations about the V and Super V? How much they can flow? Do they have different compressor maps?
TIA,
Christian
(and yes, i searched. Honda-Tech and the rest of the net, but i cannot find the real answers)

Re: Question about Turbotrims on the To4B's (doc)
If the turbine specs were the same for each turbo then I believe the Super V would flow better at higher boost pressure. There's also a chance the Super V might have slightly less lag then the V compressor. The inducer on both wheels is the same but the outer diameter (exducer) on the V wheel is 2.75" and the Super V is 3". With a 2.180" inducer diameter for both wheels that means the trim for the V wheel is 62.8 trim and for the Super V it is 52.8 trim.
