Default question about leak down tester

On a fresh engine what would the expected results be? Should there always be a little bit leaking through the rings at say 100 psi (of air into the combustion chamber)? And does anyone know if auto zone or advance auto parts rents those out?

track auto rents them out, service manual will have specs. numbers vary but they should be pretty close depending mostly on the mileage. Constant numbers are important.

always about 2-3% leakage on a Honda unless it is freshly built.
I had 15% on #2, but cranking test said it was only down 5 psi.

And it still ran low 13's!
