They say 10-15 business days or 2-3 weeks turnaround time. I just shipped a b18a block in last week - it was $25 from Portland, OR down to San Dimas. You could get an approximate rate via the UPS website - my package weighed 72lbs (bare block plus wood-reinforced box). Sleeving is $750 direct from GE. Worth every penny!

As much power as you can afford to push with the sleeves. MotorMatrix (Mike) has been pushing 500+whp for over a year with GEM sleeves.

So if I go with GEM what kind of Rods/pistions and compressions ratio should I go with and what kinda of limits do our local 94oct pose? Could I do like 18psi?

That's really up to your tuner and you. I went with ENDYN pistons and Pauter rods. Set a power goal before you do anything else.

This is interesting because when I called and talked to TED, he was very sure that he didn't have the machinery to do a line bore??? I know I thought the same thing, machinery? You are a machine shop, but I guess it requires some kind of special service(me--->?).

This was recent as well and I asked a couple times to make sure this was correct?

Has anybody actually had Golden Eagle do a line bore and got the block back to see if they did it?

That's odd. Ted was the one who asked me if I would like it done. I will try to ask Vince about this.
