Default Question about Garrett T25 turbo

I have a brand new garrett T25 turbo, it has water lines, does this mean it is ball bearing, or can journal bearing T25's have water coolant hookups as well? Thanks

stock t25's on eclipses had waterlines as well. most people just hook them up using the oil to cool the turbo.
