Question about exhaust on boosted car

Question about exhaust on boosted car
Right now I am running a 3" down pipe with a 2.5" exhaust all the way back. My question is since that 2.5 is restricting me so much would it be best to just cut it off and run just a downpipe? Would I make more power?

Open downpipe is loud and smelly if your car isn't sealed up as tight as a drum. And the elimination of the exhaust will throw your tune off, sometimes a full air fuel point, due to the reduction in backpressure. So you'll need to retune or your car will run like ****

And I mean it's loud. I ran my s13 with an sr20det open downpipe for a long time.. mostly because I could. I could be heard 6 miles from my house. So if you're trying to stay under the cops radar it won't work very well

Oh yea i know i'll need a tune. Im not worried about being smelly or loud. Ha. I am more worried about making more power. Would doing that be better than running a 2.5 inch exhaust

The cops left me alone in my s13 and every car I drive... but then again my family has a deep history with Georgia law enforcement... that and my family is full of lawyers lol

Nice lol. Well i also just wanted to know really what I can do to get more HP out of my setup. Here is everything that I have:
B16 Head
-Supertech Springs and Retainers
-Stock cams/Aftermarket gears
-R/C 750cc injectors
B18A1 Block
-Completely stock
Edelbrock Performer X Intake Manifold
65MM Pro. Products TB (TB and IM are port matched)
Stock Map Sensor
2.5" Piping
Garrett gt28r .60 a/r turbo on 7psi
3 inch downpipe to 2.5 inch exhaust
Cheap ebay turbo manifold
p28 Ecu chipped on chrome
Redline= 7200
Just got the car dyno tuned. It only made 203 whp and 193 torque on pump gas. The exhaust and turbo manifold is what my tuner said was restricting me so much because the runners on the manifold were smaller than the ports on the head. Other than the exhaust and manifold what can i do?
