Q's about my turbo integra
I have a 2000 integra ls. Stock motor, master power t3/t4, turbonetics delta gate, greddy rs bov, front mount intercooler(unsure of brand), 2.5 inch piping from turbo to intercooler and 2 inch from intercooler to throttle body, 68mm throttle body, drag log style cast manifold,2.5 exhaust from turbo back(flow master muffler), comp clutch stage 4, walbro fuel pump, 450cc rc injectors. Also have a koyorad full width all aluminum 53 mm radiator. The car currently makes 230 hp and 215 ft lbs. I would like to hit 350 hp. I would like a quick spooling setup(who doesn't right?). I am already pulling the motor and going with forged rods, forged pistons and arp head studs. What would be an ideal compression ratio to shoot for? Do I switch to a v-tec head setup? I want to keep my big radiator. Any recommended exhaust manifolds(willing to get rid of my a/c as its not my only vehicle)? Should I make the jump to a 3 inch exhaust? what size injectors would be good? Charge piping size? keep my current waste gate? Sorry for all the questions. This is my first turbo build so any help would be appreciated.

I am already pulling the motor and going with forged rods, forged pistons and arp head studs. What would be an ideal compression ratio to shoot for? ME: 9:1, 9.5:1 or maybe even 10:1 if you're planning on running pump gas. Do I switch to a v-tec head setup? ME: You will make more power per psi with a VTEC head. For 350 whp, it's not necessary, but it's a great idea. I want to keep my big radiator. Any recommended exhaust manifolds(willing to get rid of my a/c as its not my only vehicle)? ME: Try the Inline Pro SS T3 manifold with an A/C "compatible" downpipe (which faces the compressor side of the turbo towards the passenger side of the car). That manifold puts the wastegate on top and away from the radiator, and it flows great for a cast manifold. Should I make the jump to a 3 inch exhaust? ME: Yes. what size injectors would be good? ME: Anything 750 cc's or higher. If you want to stay high impedance without having to run a resistor box, go with the Injector Dynamics 1000 cc's. Idle like stock, high impedance, and can handle up to 100 psi of base fuel pressure. Charge piping size? ME: 2.5" keep my current waste gate? ME: If this was me, I'd change to a TiAL 38mm for that goal. Sorry for all the questions. This is my first turbo build so any help would be appreciated. ME: No problem.
