Default Pusher fan help, pic inside - blade and motor direction

I've installed this fan on my condenser, and I can make it a pusher by reversing the wires (making the motor turn clockwise), but I want to be sure I have the blades setup correctly.

Can someone please advise if I have this setup correctly?

1. Should the motor turn clockwise as a pusher?
2. Is the blade assembly installed correctly to be as efficient as possible in a pusher config? Or should I pull it and flip it.

Thanks!
Chris

It certainly appears that the blades are properly faced for a pusher application... which means that the rotation direction would be clockwise.
