Default Pulley combinations for achieving 9.5 - 10psi boost

Hey guys I was hoping someone could help me out with this. I have a B16 LHT JRSC kit that I'm installing on my ITR engine. I'm trying to hit 9.5 - 10psi and I'm stumped with finding what pulley combinations to use. I'm currently talking to John at LHT and Larry at Endyn and they are providing great input but I was wondering if any of you have some experience as well.

The catch is I want to keep my lighter, smaller Type R crank pulley. As it stands right now the alternator pulley on this kit is incorrect for my application. JR sells a specific Type R alt pulley to make up for the difference in the smaller diameter crank pulley. I'm aware of this but I don't want to purchase it yet until I hear from this forum. I know many of you have some "trick" set-ups and was hoping to get some input.

Thanks in advance!!

I would purchase the alternator pulley, and go 1 size smaller on the blower pulley. That should net you 5 psi.

I used a GSR crank pulley, MVM stepper pulley & the 4.0" blower pulley & hit 10 PSI that made 260 & 175 on the dyno.

Thanks!! That's basically what I ordered. I just sent John at LHT my manifold for the intercooler fabrication. He suggested I buy a GSR pulley, Endyn stepper, and 3.8 blower pulley. So I'm all set now, I can't wait to get this installed in the CRX and see how she runs!!

I've talked to him on the phone several times in the past & he never tries to act like he's (all that). He's very str8 forward & down to earth. About the 3.8" pulley, Just make darn sure U keep the blower belt faily tight. Cause U will be spinning the crap outta the blower @ a sooner RPM. Good luck & please keep me posted of your progress.
