Default PT-67 BB Powered Dyno numbers and Video

Alot of people were asking me about the PT-67 Ball bearing turbo and the results when I have them Im not done yet but here what I've got so far.

10 Psi 378 HP
15 Psi 501 Hp
23 Psi 605 Hp

My goal was 700 Hp and I was willing to go up to 32 Psi to get it. The last pull was at 23 psi and we only got one pull on that boost level. After 27 pulls and about 6 hours on the dyno My turbo sucked in a platic seal. Blades were bent to **** and my day was cut short. The car should make about 700-750+ at 30-32 psi. I have to get a new turbo blade add another bosch pump and go another round on the dyno. More pictures and videos soon to come.

i hope to put up some numbers like that soon. i've got a T4/T67 on a fully built 2.0L GSR. i'll probably have to ditch the stock cams to get there, but 605whp at 23 psi is nuts.

Add insult to injury I waited 8 months for this damn thing. It's ok though Precision has some blades in stock and It will cost about $300 to fix. Just more down time... It sucks

Just wondering. I agree that you'll max that single pump out.

Aeromotive in the red teg and Weldon in the blue hatch. -8 line is plenty, just make sure you have a bigger line on the inlet side of the pump.

yeah it was me. I maxed it out at 650whp. Once we put the 2nd pump it made a night and day difference.

Duty cycle doesn't determine if the pump is maxed out or not. If fuel pressure falls under load then the pump is too small...
