i think the proper gap size is .28 forgot to read it from somewhere

just depends..you want the largest gap without misfiring...what plugs are you running? i would just go get some NGK 3330's and try them out, they come from the factory with a .032 gap. my friend runs them in his turbo gsr hatch @18psi with a msd dig6 as well and has no misfiring..

btw make sure you're gapping properly IF you use a coin type gapper. line up the leading edge of the electrode with the number, NOT the middle of the electrode. i found out the hard way

i gapped my NGK 9 heat range to .24, the damn thing was misfiring and wasnt burning my gas. i re-gapped it to .28 and it works fine now. MSD ignition also.

that's what i just did. .028 gapping I'm using denzo spark plugs btw. will soon switch to ngk.
