Problem whith a precision turbo
 
hi
i recently buy a new precision 5431b but i think the turbo have some problem!! see this videos and say what you think..

"precision turbo" i put oil before do this! the turbo will not run freely and when it gets to run look 0.30 seconds

Check the compressor housing bolts by loosening and retightening the bolts on the back of the housing equally. I know you stated that you oiled it, but make sure that it is taped on the bottom and put another cap ful of oil in.

Some turbos spin "freely" while others not so much, no matter what the manufacturer. As long as you're not hitting the housing with the wheel, you should be ok, but contact precision directly to see about additional instruction. You really won't get much to do on this forum but stir up ramping and endless debate. Contact precision directly.
