Default priming oil feed line for first time

The car is a eg civic 92 to 95

Just wanted to know which fuse number under the dash controls the fuel pump? I am going to take out the fuel pump fuse and crank the car a few times to prime the oil feed line.

Which procedures are most common to follow when priming the oil feed line to the turbo?

Take out the ECU fuse located under the hood on top passenger corner, should be the 15A blue fuse located inside the fuse box on top left hand corner.

as we've talked about at length a few cranks is more than enough. less then 10.
