Default price of my dyno tuning

a shop in my area is charging me $375 to dyno tune my turbo lude with a hondata. is that to expensive? what have u guys paid. they said they dyno it for 3 hours.

Generally.....
Its about $100 a hour of dyno tuning. Now it could be more or less but on average i've seen most shops charging around $100 a hour. $375 doesnt seem to bad for 3 hours of time.

i got mine tuned for 250 flat fee .. about 5-6 hours

those are all good prices. i got quoted at 150 an hr. but they said they could fully tune hondata in 2 hr.'s tops.

Usually shops will set a flat rate for giving you a full tune on certain systems. $375 isnt bad. Especially if the guy knows what he is doing. I would rather pay more on the tune at a reputable tuners shop than pay less and get a crap a/f ratio like what i saw in a post last night...

I went with the thought it was gonna be $75 for 3 pulls. It ended up being almost 3 hours and $320.
