prelude h23 ecu not able to tune?
 

i think i have heard that the prelude h23 ecu is not able to tune..im not sure exactly what one it is.. but is this correct? if so..what one should i get?

i have a magic crystal ball that will tell me year/car the engine its in to MAYBE get u a more positive answer... if i use the crystal ball 200 buck will be automatically deducted from any source they can be taken...

its a 93 ...and like i said above its a honda prelude with the h23 motor
