Default Precision SC3431E good for 400-520whp?

I have a Precision SC3431E and am shooting for 400+ on 93 octane and 500-520 on 110 octane race gas. would this turbo be suffice or should i go bigger? TIA

It's uses a 57 trim T04E, correct? I'd say that's a negative on the 500+. It's at least not going to do it very efficiently. 45lbs/min... in the words of Bush senior, "Not gonna do it."

HT member alpha is selling a SC44 and he is in tampa which is close to where i live, would that be any better?

learn to read compressor maps and you can answer these questions on your own. The easiest method is to see what the compressor is rated at in lb/min and multiply that by a factor of 10; therefore, a 57 trim that flows 48lb/min is good for about 480whp if maxxed out. You probably dont want to max it though...leave some leeway.

my friend made 422 whp @ 20 psi on 84mm gsr .. revhard stage 2 kit... it uses a sc34 turbo..

That's a decent choice for you goals, but there are other options available. I just bought a new S256 which would work amazingly well on your setup. It spools like a 57 trim but makes over 500whp.
