IF the Innovative comes with BB's or the Inconel wheel (10 blade) for 50 dollars more than I would suggest that one. Not only would it out-spool the PTE but it would also last longer (as long as you take care of it) than the PTE.

I highly doubt for 50 bucks it would include a Ball Bearing upgrade. I have no idea bout the wheel though!

I assumed he was buying from someone who didn't know what they had? But yeah, a BB option wouldn't be $50 bux.

Innovative used to use the Garrett stuff just like anyone else. So if you get a SC34 from precision which is just a T3/ T04E 57 trim, or a 57 trim from Innovative you are getting the same turbo. The only thing you are paying for is the housings. Inconnel is too heavy in my opinon for a turbine wheel. So get which ever one is cheaper and offers the better warranty.

oh boy .. well, the only SC series that has a GT is the SC61 that uses the GT40 56 trim compressor from the GT35R.

Re: precision sc34 or innovative sc34 style (Arturbo)
and the turbines? i thought thats what made them superior.. i can get a 57 trim t3/t4 for <350 dollars, something i apparently have always misunderstood i guess.

Re: precision sc34 or innovative sc34 style (lazerus)
the turbines are still the T31 .69 trim(stage 2 wheel) .76 trim (stage 5 wheel) dinosaurs.
Now you can have a GT turbine.
