Default Precision sc34 ----> BW/Bullseye s256

I am currently debating on switching turbos like in the title in a built d16z6. I am running a full-race prostreet manifold and downpipe with a precision sc34 5 bolt. If need be i can modify the downpipe but i would much rather not. I'm more concerned if anybody would think there would be any clearance issues due to a larger turbo with the manifold or block? And the it's the S256 T-3 .55 A/R Stainless Steel Hot side that is 4 or 5 bolt compatible. Thanks for any help.

Research bullseye before you jump into things.

Those S256s use a much larger exhaust wheel than what you have for your d16 in that A/R size. they are a great turbo, but not for the d16 series for your purpose. keep what you got or of similar size. (don't just go by "trim".)

well what turbo would you recommend? I'm looking to get into at least the 500whp range and most dynos i've seen of the sc34 are in the 420-450whp range. I've never been to the dyno yet but my setup has been street tuned so far with ectune PRO. Was planning to go soon but winter came so i'm just gonna wait til spring time now to hit the dyno. Quick rundown of my setup:

D16z6 Headgames ported head
Zex 59500 full crower valvetrain
Blox Intake Manifold 70mm tb
ID 1000cc Injectors

D16z6 75mm GE sleeved block
9:1 Cp pistons crower rods

Turbo kit is basically a full-race besides the intercooler piping. Running a tial MVS 38mm but contemplating switching to a 44mm. I was just gonna keep the sc34 and run it but I figured with the money i put into this setup i might as well see how much power i can get out of it. Kind of leaning towards a precision 5857sp too but wanna see my options.

If you're looking of at least 500whp, why are you going with turbochargers that you have to overwork in order to get these power levels? you're getting your ratings for their capability based upon CRANK hp, not to the wheels. If you want at least 500whp, you'll need to get at least 61lbs/min to do it. not some smaller item thinking you want to keep "spool". 500whp means you lose response. bottom line. Get me a budget of what you want to spend on a turbo.
