It's hard to say what kind of power it will put down, If you have at least a 255 lph fuel pump and bumped up to 1000cc injectors you should be able to make 500 whp on race gas.

The bad thing I see about your set up is the turbo, that thing is a monster for a 1.6 Sohc motor, you wont see boost untill wayyyyy up in the rev range, the lag is going to make it not that much fun on the streets, and your going to have to rev that motor to the moon to have a usable power band. I would expect boost onset to be well above 5000 rpm, making your power band in the 6000 to 9000 rpm range.

i dont think the 3 angle valve job is worth it unless its free
no cometic go oem.
blox tps, is something wrong with your stock one?

why such low cr?
remember to check bearing clearances, acl bearings are one size so if your motor has different color bearings it wont work

My bdl tb didn't come with a tps and I just figured id grab a blox. And how is the comp ratio low? 8.5 isn't that bad is it? Bisimoto said it was good. They said 9.0 would be perfect but wiseco doesn't make 9.0 comp only 8.5. And dsms come 7.5 stock. Also talked to bisi about the turbo he said she should spool around 4000-4500 rpm.

Be more specific about what the turbo is, is it a t3/t4 hybrid? Or just a straight t4? what are the trim and a/r on both sides?

Thats a helluva turbo for that 1.6.

I would get more than a 3 angle valve job done to the head because of it though.

That is a large turbo. If it is a daily, I belive you will be disapointed with its spool time. You would be lucky to see 12psi by 6,000rpm. If I was you I would take a look at your power goals, then base your turbo size off of that. Your 750cc injectors are good to 400ish whp, gt28rs would be a choice.

yeah not to say bisi doesn't know turbo's, but there is no way in hell that turbo is going to spool up any where close to 4000 rpm. At 4000 rpm you might start to see about 1 psi building, you will not see full boost, say 15+ psi untill 6000 rpm, making for a narrow high end power band. That turbo is made for a 10,000 rpm track car that is putting down 700 whp, not exactly good for street use.
