power expectations (I dont want to be let down)
hi. i currently have my h22 motor at the machine shop getting worked on and ive been seen some low numbers and high numbers with similar set ups. I dont want to be let down with how much money i just put into my car so could i get some input of what my ball park power expectations should be? My goal was to reach around 550hp. is this unreasonable with what i have. here is what I have and is getting done.
Turbo:
turbonetics 60trim .63a/r 360 thrust bearings
2.5 downpipe and exhaust
ss autochrome manifold (i know. dont say anything, i plan on getting a full race or onefab when i get more money)
tial 38mm wastegate(getting 44mm when i get more money)
Head:
Crower stage 2 cams (turbo)
crower valvetrain with .5 oversize valves
bronze valve guides and seals
skunk2 cam gears
street port and polish is what they said it's called, mild
obx intake manifold (ressembles the venom so i got it)
Block:
darton sleeves
standard bore 9:1 je pistons
eagle rods
micropolish crank
stock pumps and im keeping the balancer shafts in
Tuning:
aem ems
1000cc injectors
aem fuel rail and regulator
walbro 255 pump
msd 6al and blaster 2 coil

Look toward getting a 3inch dp and exhaust. My current setup which startup is soon is as follows:
GT35R .82a/r
Onefab manifold
44mm Tial WG
Stock Head
HD GE sleeved H22A4 87mm
Pauter Rods
CP Pistons 9:1 pistons
Balance shafts plugged
Balanced and Micropolished crank
1000cc injectors
GE fuel rail
MSD 6AL and Blaster coil

Re: power expectations (Green Lude 93)
I'm pretty sure with PROPER tuning...550HP can be accomplished. It's all about dynoing and tuning. And if for some reason you don't get the numbers you anticipated, don't be too discourgaed because it took a while for my old setup to reach "decent" numbers.

Re: (Pikachu)
i want to go with a 3 inch dp but my 5 bolt dp flange only fits up to 2.5in before it would start to go over the bolt holes.
