power don't peak with drag turbo
97 prelude w/drag turbo, boost kicks in a 3rpm and rises till 5.2rpm and remains
same and power doesn't rise no more. boost is 7psi and running rich. any
expertise is appreciated. I think i need a hondata or tuning.

You anwered your own question sort of.
YOu say you are running rich and you think you need tuning.
Go get hondata and get it tuned and call it a day
