Post up your Huge Intercoolers with USDM Front Integras.
Trying to get some ideas of how you guys have been running your large intercoolers, for my car. Let me know what cha got! Thanks guys!

Nope, the intercooler goes all the way to the very corners of the headlights and I had to completely trim off all excess metal from the corner lights.

You have to decide first if you need an IC that large. Adding length adds pressure drop, adding depth lowers it, adding height lowers it. It also lowers air velocity - higher velocity air will create turbulance, turbulance helps thin the boundry layer, a thinner boundry layer adds to heat exchange. As for outisde air passing though it, being too tall obviously has its problems, being wider helps (if you don't have air dams in those 'wasted' spots), and thicker hurts slightly due to more pressure slowing the air down.
I'm honestly supprised there's never been any big tests here showing differences between temps and pressure drops of small/med/large IC's.

I dont give a **** what anyone thinks about my front bumper. Everyone who sees it in person goes "DAMN!!!" Btw, the car was just redynoed with my own custom ramhorn to 468whp and 346wtq on 18psi on pump gas....thanks Accordlove!!
