Mine is secured to my firewall using double-sided foam tape. Hasn't moved an inch in over 8 months. Just make sure you clean the dirt/grease from the metal and you're set.

Here we go from start to finish:
I cut the bracket that comes with greddy turbo timers and boost controllers and attached a small piece of thin metal to it.
Then I attached the MAP to it:
I then used an existing bracket to mount the small metal piece
Once attached the map looks like this
