you didnt have to cut that much. you just went overboard.
its your intercooler design.
for hondas you need to get the intercoolers with inlet and outlets on the BOTTOM. to help clear the vents.

I did NOT have to cut the corners of the grill like you see in this pic, I had fogights previously and you have to cut them out for that.
I did NOT have to cut the fog light holes, this was a bumper I got from a friend who had already cut them.

Re: post pics of how much you had to cut your front bumper for IC (Vtaaak y0)
I had to cut the **** out of mine
I have a 5" JRC cooler so the end tanks are right in the middle, where the side vents should be. So, I had to cut those out.
I also had to hack the **** out of the driver's side because I ran the pipe under my washer tank. Next time I am definately getting a cooler with the inlet/outlets on the bottom and going under the side vents.
I don't really like how my bumper is all cut up right now but it doesn't bother me enough to do anything about it.

Although too late, here is what you should have done.
On an EG, you get the JRC 6" or 8" and flip the intercooler upside down so the tanks are on the top, then you run your intercooler piping over top of the fog light holes.
Or what I did, I have a 8" JRC (endtanks on bottom) and bought 45 degree couplings, angled them more towards the rad support, and a little down. It went around the fog light stuff just fine.
let me see if I can find a pic w/out bumper.
here..notice how I also cut the rad support right below where I'm pointing. Just a fyi...I'm pointing at a custom AC line I had made cause my full race mani melted through the original one.

I had to take a tiny piece out of the fog light hole on my Prelude. And yes, the intercooler is not centered, which kind of drives me crazy, but I had no other options since it's so darn long!

Very tight fit but i got the look i was going for stock look keeping full front grill intact. I like when its pure stock looking but the intercooler is lurking.

Yep i had to cut mine out like Evan did, pretty much all of the unpainted plastic on the dc2 bumper had to go to fit the precision.

actually its a 6X30... the only reason i had to cut was bc its a backdoor intercooler and it has no piping on the drivers side... just directly into the turbo.. so its way offcentered to the pass side.... and there is a huge gap on the drivers side which my license plate is covering up... so
