Well i'm about to get my car tunned really soon...
Saw a deal on h-t for a Port and Polish b18a ls head..

What i wanted to know is, should i get this head? or just keep my 98 head and go tunn my car?

Setup:
98 ls b18b
Ramhorn
Hondata s200
ls Chiped OBD1 Ecu
3inch all around exhaust system
T-3/ T-4 Garrett 57 trin.
Tial Wastegate 38 mm
Walbro Fuel Pump
B&M Regulator
NGK Spark Plugs
HKS Bov

Stock Block.. Should I get that ls Head? Is worth it?
Plannin to get it tunn at 14 psi daily driving.

Help Out this noob.. Pro's help me out..

If you have the $ to buy the head and get some decent cams to make use of the porting, you will be very pleased. Id do it if I were you and had the $. Are you still going to have $ to tune if you buy the head and cams? (get cam gears too, might as well... does it have valves and springs? Crap just go all out lol) Depending on your budget Id make a descision on that.

Thats the only thing that sucks, the head comes with stock valves and springs. I wanna get it, but the only thing is how many hp is that head gonna give me if i get some camshafts too.. If i get it tunn i know i'll be happy with some good numbers..

Im hoping to push 300 whp daily drive. Not to sure if this head will do that. Unless you pro's can prove me wrong

If you run a decent amount of boost, say around 1 bar with a decent sized snail with the ported head and decent cams, you should see over 300whp easily.
