Well to the best of my knowledge, polishing takes LOTS of time... all you need to do is keep sanding it down with a higher grit #.. all the way to like 2000 grit. Then buy some polishing compound and rub it out.. Very long process. Find jonnnydanger on this board, he prolly wont have time to do it but he can give you tips on how to do it!! GOod luck!

Re: polishing my parts....
polishing scuffs makes shiny scuffs... it will look better, but it will still be obvious.. if you are going to spend the time polishing, then do it right.. it only takes a little longer
like was already mentioned, you sand with higher and higher sandpaper untill the surface is perfectly smooth and shiny...
then put a little polishing compound on a polishing wheel on a grinder and polish away..
for extra shiny surface you can use multiple stage polishing wheels.. they have a had one to start out, then medium, then soft... use a jewlers rouge with the soft wheel and your parts will shine like chrome

Re: polishing my parts.... (shortyz)
i do half *** jobs....they look better than before and take like one or two hours depending on what i did....but basically you need to sand a lot....which i dont cuz i have better things to do, and people usually dont look at my polished **** close enough to see it needs more sanding
