plx showing readings when car not running - is this normal?

Default plx showing readings when car not running - is this normal?

I fired up my car and it was running a lil rich then i shut it off. Then when i put the key back in and turned to ACC the plx was reading afr's of 16-17 but the car wasnt even running.... is this normal?

yep....there's still a little fuel and exhaust in your exhaust so it's reading that and it get leaner and leaner
