Default pls help car won't start help asap

Wasup guys

Well I having problem starting my car cuz I dindnt drive my car for a week only in garage and I took off the ecu and that's it and now one week later put the ecu on and start it won't start so I check the spark plug and I saw a fuel around the plug so iwas like may be the plug so I bought another new set of plug and still didn't start

I don't know what to do
And I forgot to tell u guys I took off the spark plug wire in the distributor and I forgot to mark which one is #1234

Pls help

Hahha sorry the two circle w/o number so my question is my #1234 if the right circle w/o number is on top

Btw when I open my distributor cap I saw some red powderish all over what is that?

i think you just have to rotate the pic to match your dizzy, then follow the numbers.

i bet you anything that sparkplug wire order is what is holding you back...
i made the same mistake, except the car started, causing the car to run like ****.
I thought my motor was blown for a while....untill my buddy noticed it.

it also did it to me the other day on a SOHC, i set up the wires like a DOHC config so later find out that SOHC and DOHC are diff!

opps i think the diagram i posted was for a d-series. ill confirm when i get back from class today.

Or just set the motor to TDC and take off the cap and see where the rotor is pointing. Then go from there.

That's called "Red Death" and means the bushing in the distributor sub-assembly is about to take a **** on you. When this wears out, it allows the shaft to wobble which sends out 'incorrect' ignition waveforms to the ECU. You can try searching for a replacement bushing/bearing but I don't know that anyone ever found one to work. Honda certainly doesn't make one - you can only get the sub-assembly from them.

that blows. chris always has good info especially when it comes to electrical components. how you doin btw havent really seen you around in a while.

Like I said, I know of no one that has sourced a replacement bushing/bearing, so at this point your only option is to get it from the dealer/online. So you don't need to buy a whole distributor, just the sub-assembly - the cage, if you will. You can transplant all your other stuff over to it (coil, igniter, etc).

yeah work is a pita. but yeah im turbo now. remember it was a p72 with the phantom code. i switched to a converted p06 and uberdata. disabled the o2 heater that way so no more code.
