Any spots in your map where you know you run way richer than you should? Possible fuel in the oil.

I know the big end on those eagle rods when you buy them is out of spec about 90% of the time...

That looks like the coating coming off the bearings. Did the bearing actually spin inside the cap? It must be some type of oiling issue.

like i said oil pressure was fine at all times , then the knock started after a pull last night , then the pressure was lower , the rods where eagles so i guess they all could have stretched and spun ,

i had the same problem with a JG built block about 3 years ago (ACL bearings). when i had the block torn apart, the mains was just like yours. don't know what may have caused it, but since then i did the rebuilt myself using honda bearings. after two years of abuse, did a ring job and checked the bearings for wear. all bearings on the block was in good condition, and only one main cap bearings had a liitle excess wear. at that time I was making 515 whp.

well the knock started last night , mind you the motor was fine for the almost 4000 miles it had on it until last night when i did i nice pull , also keep in mind that this was only on low boost wich i made like around 440 whp on , well i did the plug wire trick and when i found the one where the knock stoped i decided to pull some rod caps

you pull them off one at a time with the motor running and if the knock gos away or gets less then it is in the bottom end

Vaccuum was tuned at 15:1 and boost was tuned at 11.5:1. I went through and tuned every boost scaler at each boost scaler instrument in the Hondata software, both high and low cam, so there is nowhere it could possibly be running too rich.

This isn't the first time I've seen an engine spin all the rod bearings with Eagles.

I think its ok for the bearings to look like that. After a fresh build and maybe 10 dyno pulls mine come out just like that. Turbo engines run so rich that some fuel will blow by the rings and contaminate the oil. But it is normal. I don't think the damage to your bearing had anything to do with the spotting on the other bearings.

Uh, no, sorry. That's not normal. I don't know what it is, but it's not normal. It's hard to say if it was an oiling issue, clearance issue, or rod issue. Either way, it's fucked. Replace the crank with a new one, use HONDA bearings, and get some good rods...

well you can see in the one pic how the cap is stretched out of round , iam holding the bearing tight to one side of the cap and there is almost a 1/16" gap on the other side , not cool

I run Crowers with ACL's and my motor does this right away. But I have gone a full season like that with no bearing problems. But Tony 1 is the man. I'm not trying to argue with him.
