Price shopping doesn't seem like a good idea when it comes to your block. I'd send it to one of the regulars.

Def send it out to somebody with experience. It's not something you want to have done by some no name shop.

<---- $920 for open deck iron ductile sleeves
<---- $1300 for DARTON MID sleeves installed.

Both include hot tank, deck, bore and hone to match the piston specs you are using.

What are the considerations when choosing one or the other? I didn't see a listed difference on your site. Thanks.

Visually, here are the different blocks:
Open deck vs DARTON MID Sleeves

It really is a matter of preference on which type to go with. The open deck sleeves will hold alot of power already, but the DARTON MID design does have a great design in which it has flanges to strengten the block further. Both styles are good for all motor and turbo.
As far as our own motors, we now use DARTON MID since we are making high hp and want that style of sleeving to go with the other high end parts we are using.

I have more Darton MID sleeve pictures for the H and B-series that I have to upload. If you guys want to see that, just let me know.
