Default Pics of my custom turbo parts almost done!

Well. I decided to boost my 99 Si with a custom kit. I already have a VAFC installed so that will be controlling fuel. I have ordered stainless -3AN line and fittings that should arrive here this week. The only thing left is my Intercooler (which I paid for and still waiting for after a month from some possible scammer!!)

Turbo is a T3 from a Nissan, specs are .48/.60 i believe (i will prob upgrade to T3/T4 later this summer

HKS BOV
Deltagate wastegate (will be upgraded to TIAL later)
HKS turbo timer
Custom 2.25 inch piping from JC Whitney for charge pipes
Custom 2.5" catback from MKTeller8
Maxrev manifold
Autometer carbon fiber gauges
HKS air filter
Autometer BSPT adapter for oil.
AEM/Eibach rear sway
Generic rear strut bar
RC 370cc injectors with clips
MSD Inline Fuel Pump
Aeroquip stainless return line
Summitt Racing T Bolt clamps (3.95 each from summit)

Oh yeah and I got a downpipe too with a custom cutout for open downpipe from 00ITR (not yet arrived).

On your turbo , do you have a 7 or 5 bolts on the exhaust side. I am also running a Nissan turbo T3(.60/.63)but had trouble finding a DP flange cause mine was a 7 bolt.

Looks good, but why do you have an inline pump? Are you going to jack up the fuel pressure with a FMU later? BTW, how's that generic rear strut bar working for you?

I think your oil return line is gonna be too short

Seriously though, looks like it's gonna be a great setup, similar to what I'm running on my LS

Here we go...

*HKS BOV - $100 parts trader
*Deltagate $100 honda tech member
*HKS turbo timer - $55 partstrader
*2.25" piping from JCwhitney around $65 shipped http://www.jcwhitney.com
*2.5" catback exhaust from MKteller with muffler $260ish shipped I think
*Maxrev manifold - $250 shipped from another honda-tech member
*Autometer carbon fiber gauges $100 for Full sweep electric fuel press and air/fuel brand new (got a SMOKING deal from another HT member) $56 for boost gauge from http://www.summitracing.com
*Autometer BSPT adapter for oil supply from block ($10 at http://www.summitracing.com part #ATM-2269)
*HKS air filter $30 shipped from some guy on ebay. You can pick from red, blue, green i think . His email is henry@kmdracing.com
*RC 370cc injectors. They were used for like 500 miles. I got it from some local guy who upgraded....he hated to ship stuff, and i got the injectors freshly cleaned by RC and a flow test paper showing the perfect condition. I got the set of 4 and a rear DC tie bar for a Integra for $110 !!! I sold the bar for $55 so I paid $55 for a set of practically new set of RC injectors!
* MSD Inline fuel pump $55 shipped from some honda-tech member
*Aeroquip stainless return line $19.99 from http://www.summitracing.com
*Summit Racing T Bolt clamps $3.95 each at http://www.summitracing.com
*Drag III intercooler $250 shipped - STILL WAITING, HOPEFULLY I DON'T GET SCAMMED!!!
*T3 downpipe with custom cutout - $120 shipped from a ht member
*-3AN line and EARLs fittings (4 ft for $12.76 and $13.54 for the EARLS hose ends from http://www.amstreetrod.com Item number 600003 and 600103)
*Silicone couplers - Not pictured but I got reducer hoses for about $19 and a bunch of couplers for a total of $65 shipped from http://www.turbopiping.com
*VAFC $55 shipped from some guy on clubsi (no it was not stolen, it has some scratches on it tho, nothing too major. He was a reputable seller....why so cheap? The wires were kinda frayed and stuff. Not cut, but like ghetto rigged in and he couldn't figure it out I guess)
*Three way T for oil and 1/8 adapters. About $6.00 I think. I bought them at NAPA.
*Wastegate flanges I bought for $23 shipped for two of them. Got them from a guy on http://www.homemadeturbo.com check their For Sale forum sticky.

Sold my Nitrous kit for $350, header, intake, and old gauges went to friend for $170, old muffler sold for $80. I figure it will cost me another $75 to have my exhaust put on.

Total it up: I've got about $1733 worth of parts, minus the parts that I sold which makes it feel like I spent about $1303 !!

Nissan turbo? 84-87 300ZX single turbo?

.52 AR housing w/ .60 trim compressor wheel cold side

.63 AR turbine hot side

~300hp at the crank, it's good for some fun.
