Default Picking a turbo for my b18c1

I am putting a turbo into my b18c1 soon. I really want to put it in before i drop in my motor so its much easier but if not ill do it with my motor in the car. I am going for 300whp on stock internals at 9-10lbs of boost. My supporting mods will be
2.5" piping ( exhaust), Hondata S300, Fuel injectors, Rail, Regulator, walbro 255lb pump. I plan on driving it around like this at 300whp on 10lbs of boost for about a month, and then i will start building my motor. I will drop in new internals, complete cam set, valves, retainers, springs, etc. I plan on making 400whp on 18lbs of boost with no problem on 93oct. And this will be a everyday driver for a little. So i am trying to find a turbo kit that will be good for what i am trying to do..

Just provide me with a few diffrent turbo kits that i can use. I am not trying to buy a ebay kit just to save $200 bucks, i rather pay a little bit extra and it be worth it.

Full-Race Topmount, GT35r is one i am looking at now.. what u think?

Not to hate on your thread but would you really go through all that just for 1 month then tear it down? seems pointless and a waste of money. you would have to get it re-tuned and more down time, and hours. i would wait the extra month seeing as you dont even have the turbo and stuff yet. then just do the complete build. Dont let HT scare you into having a 500whp car if you can only afford so much. Hit your 300 goal and make it realiable with that s300. If you really want 450+ wait till you have everything it will save you headaches.

as far as your expectations on boost levels and the amount of power you will make. that all depends on the turbo and setup you go with. People will hate on you for that. 18lbs on a t25 is not the same a 35r..

seriously, if it's only a month's time, don't bother.

If you were going to wait 6 months or more, I'd say go for it, but not for just a month.

As for your HP goals: 450whp would be about right for probably a larger GT30R, like a GT3076R, or a small GT35R
