I'm running -9 or -10 with gappage of .022-.020 depemding on time of year.

i'm making 400whp and 300 tq running bkr7e's
plugs and everything seem to be fine
i really wonder when your supose to be switching to 8's

BKR7E-11, H22, 438whp & 329 wtq. I change plugs every time I change oil @ 1K mi.

I run 7's for up to 500

8's for up to 600

9s for more.

Gap size depends on the car/ignition/dizzy. I've made 557whp on a .021 gap with no problems at 28psi then on a different car I had to gap the plugs at .017 at only 19psi.

9's and 10's are way colder than what you need...

why is everyone running the widegap e-11 version? The ground strap is way too long and thin not to mention the gap isn't parallel when you bring it down to .2x or so. you should be running straight bkr7e instead of bkr7e-11.
