i'm making 400whp and 300 tq running bkr7e's
plugs and everything seem to be fine

I run 7's for up to 500
8's for up to 600
9s for more.
Gap size depends on the car/ignition/dizzy. I've made 557whp on a .021 gap with no problems at 28psi then on a different car I had to gap the plugs at .017 at only 19psi.

why is everyone running the widegap e-11 version? The ground strap is way too long and thin not to mention the gap isn't parallel when you bring it down to .2x or so. you should be running straight bkr7e instead of bkr7e-11.
