peakboost topmount manifold =[
the wastegate flange on my manifold cracked on the way home from the IA meet in nashville, wastegate and dumptubed both hit the ground at 60mph =[ but i called peakboost and theyre sending me a brand new manifold for free, theyre great guys, anybody else had this problem though? im thinking of getting the new one reinforced but scared itll void the lifetime warranty what do you guys think?

i dont know what the manifold looks like ... but i had a problem like that on a topmount in the past. is the WG hitting anything when the motor torques? maybe the back of the FMIC or anything? that could be a possible problem to check. maybe you just had bad luck. good job by the company for sending you another one though!

im pretty sure it never hit anything as the motor tourqed, but my manifold had only been on the car for a few weeks also. mabey i did just have bad luck. the new one should be here within the next few days

You really shouldnt have problems with a Peakboost Manifold cracking and on the off chance it does, they'll stand behind their warranty. Peakboost is a good company

My friend bought one of their old school ramhorn manifolds when they 1st came out and it cracked w/in a week!!! We called and tried to warranty it and Ken wouldn't. He said it installation error or we probably hit something.
TO PEAKBOOST AND KEN FOR NOT WARRANTYING OUR MANIFOLD!!
My friend ordered a FULL-RACE ramhorn 2 weeks later and it's still on the car making over 480whp and daily driven and track abused!! 2 years of real world driving and NO PROBLEMS w/ cracking or parts falling off.

I had an issue with the FTW ram horn, and they took care of me. They have great customer service. The manifold they sent me had a slight issue with th ewastegate placement but I figured Id get it fixed locally.
