Default Peakboost Does it Again: 92 GSR, 35R, Peakboost Kit.

Got our "girl-racer" winter project all done last week. When all was said and done, it made 330whp@10psi on a Mustang Dyno, which generally read low, so we are happy. Once she gets used to the car, we are gonna throw in some good gas and see what she'll do.

Setup is pretty basic, B17 block, Wiseco 10:1, Crower Rods, Built head, stock cams. PEAKBOOST Ramhorn Manifold, GT35R. Tuned By MIKE SWEENEY of TSR Performance.

Some pics of the car:

We would like to thank Ken at Peakboost for the hookup on this KILLER kit, and Franklin from Avid Racing for the Billet Mounts he supplied.

you are planning to push this setup further right??? If not, this seems like a pretty big waste of a 35R's potential.

Rather than just answering my question/comment with a smartass remark that's just going to **** me off, you could have just answered my damn question

wow...talk about ego. I try to ask a simple god damn question and you mister tough guy over the ******* internet has to go and be a dick about it. Go f uck yourself

The best part about this whole ordeal is that youre the one who started this. I never criticized or anything....i merely asked/stated that you didnt really push it at all...i wanted to know what your goals for the car were, but now i truly dont care...

Peakboost didnt do anything...those numbers are lame. I'm so impressed that you followed the HT bandwagon and got a GT35R and made no power with it....

Oh wow - sometimes i think about stripping my car down to the frame and getting it painted all pretty like that - but then i think about the amount of work that goes into doing something like that and forget about it for another few months until i see a picture like that.

Very nice stuff!

i'll say this....the car is clean and should be pretty fast considering even without boost it should still make decent power. I should have phrased a question rather than making a comment about the car...i know now for the futrure...

When you say girl-racer, you mean this is a chick's car? If so, is she as hot as the car??

so is this a peakboost KIT or just a manifold?
Im curious about your charge piping if you bought this as a whole kit.
Either way its an absolutely GORGEOUS car.

i hope this girl is as hot as the car.

Why did u stop on 10psi?

Even with the 10-1 CR, i think u could have gotten more out of it w/ pump gas.

From original post...

I think it's the whole kit. From the pics, it looks like the Tial WG & BOV that come with the peakboost kit. They now offer powdercoating the charge pipes as an option too.

Quick Reply: Peakboost Does it Again: 92 GSR, 35R, Peakboost Kit.
