Passing emissions and contacting hazw8st
Hey guys, I have a PRelude with a JRSC and am looking to do a boost upgrade and tune it with a hondata s100, which would entail new injectors as well. The guy at the dyno shop said my car would not be street legal, and I searched on the site about passing emissions with such a setup.
hazw8st seems to be very knowledgeable on the subject and seems to think that with most FI setups he can pass a car through emissions. Does anyone know where I can contact him?
Or does anyone have any other ideas for passing emissions? How about smog shops in SF (or anywhere in CA) which might take a $ tip to help them ?
I really want to do this project but want to make sure I can pass the emissions. I would really appreciate some help.
Thanks guys,
Matt

You could just swap stock parts on to pass legit every 2 years. Otehrwise, hazw8st's method entails converting your car to run alternative fuels/propane and have it classified as such which makes you CARB exempt, and then converting it back after the certification.
