OT: Counter-strike V1 .4
I just had to vent somewhere. This new version is completely shitty. There is basically no more jumping and no more rushing. The headshot window has been enlarged and the game has turned into a big giant camping game where everyone buys sniper rifles and sits in one place. Thanks Sierra for ******* up a perfectly good game.

Tac ops is where it's at. I started off on Counter Strike, but it went to ****; whereas on the other side I never get bored of Tac ops and the cheaters there are very few and far between on most servers

Nothing can hang with playing 1.3. Cheaters never bothered me, you can usually still kill them because they suck anyway. Oh well, I am getting used to not jumping around like a madman. That was the heezy when it came to knife fights.

I was considering playing again, but decided against it when everyone said they made the headshots bigger. They were already big plump cherries in 1.3. How much bigger can they be?? Peaches?? Jumbo grapefruit?? Watermelons??

They took the jumping out because they are trying to make it realistic. If you could just jump around all the time to avoid being killed, we would have done that in the Marines.
I was glad to see they made at least one improvement. The spectator changes are nice too...P-in-P and overview are sweet!
My favorite part of CS is how everybody thinks they are a badass and calls everybody else a n00b. Love it!

depends on the server and the skill of players......
typically 6:1 or 7:1 on a server with good players here and there.
