This truck was built by my father and recently sold to a guy in Jersey, I believe. While he had it, best time was 9.71 on the bottle.

Just curious to see if anyone has been cruizin' and spotted it?


He is also working on a '41 ***** (its a kit from Outlaw Bodies, I think) with a blown 502...as soon as I scan that in, I'll post it up.

a guy i work with has Shelby kit cars... He just finished building a daytona coupe w/ a 427 in it, and he just sold his 302 powered cobra...

He also has an ERA Shelby Cobra w/ 427 side sump, pop top pistons, 10.5:1 compression, 600hp N/A pump gas...

And eventually i plan on doin an LS6 powered 68 Camaro...

A buddy of mine has a friend that just painted a 70 something camino with an ls1 supercharged. God that thing sounded awsome. I saw a 427 Cobra on Route 130 the other day. mmm

My dad has a '32 Chevy he Hot-rodded and we used to have a'54 Buick (big *** car). Right now he's working on a mid 50s Austin Healey and my brother has a 50s International trcuk he's gonna start working on one of these day.

I would like to have my dad's old hemi dart.

A project for me in the future is a 56-57 tubbed with a zz572. I might as well cut my nut off though... cause it will not be a cheap venture.

hehehhee... international truck... manual or auto? If its manual, there is an access plate in the floorboard, and you can do what we did when the clutch died... use beer cans... Just be careful pushing in the clutch because the beer cans can come shooting back up into the cab...

i like this post. i am sooo glad that everyone in every "scene" is becoming more open minded.
heres my "new" car...
1951 ford custom 2dr sedan
pictures of before and after i chopped it...

chopped 6" in the front and 8" in the back(swept into the trunk)
the windshield is only 10" total height.

edit: to stay somewhat on topic. the motor we are looking into using is a 302 5.0 (fuel injected) with twin gt series turbos.
that part is a long ways away from decision, so its still up in the air..
