Default Opinions needed on future build (turbo virgin lol)

Hey guys. I'm from the Scotland in the UK. My daily driver is a JDM Del Sol SiR and i also have an EG hatch track car with a B18C4 coversion that i'm looking to turbo. I think the c4 is the same as the US B18C1 from what i've read.
B18C4
Displacement: 1797 cc
Compression: 10.0:1
Power: 169 hp
Torque: 128 ft·lbf
Bore: 81.0 mm
Stroke: 87.2 mm

I haven't bought any parts yet so feel free to recommend any. Trying to do this as cheap as is safely possible but im willing to spend the $$ when it is neccesary to do so.( just read the civic_turbo_wannabe thread f***ing brilliant lol) wanting around 300hp at the fly or more if its safe to do so.

Stock block and head(was thinking on installing thicker head gasket?)
cast iron manifold(heard they are more reliable than S/S manifolds)
Garrett T3( not too sure about trim etc any recommendations)
frontmount with 2.5" piping
tial 38mm wastegate
2.5" downpipe, no cat, 3" straight through catback
450cc injectors
Golden Eagle fuel rail
Walbro 255 fuel pump
Moroso oil pan
Mishimoto Integra alloy radiator,14" slimline fan
oil cooler(dunno if i will need this but car will be doing alot of high rpm track work)
lightened flywheel and stage 3 clutch
manual boost controller
boost,oil temp,oil pressure,water temp, egt guages
will be tuned with crome

The car will just be for track and toying with imprezas and evos at the weekends so im not concerned with daily driveability. Probably missed alot out so please add your opinions and comments!

In the USA, the B18C1 comes with a oil cooler, dunno about yours. If you track it, you'd benifit from using an oil cooler. As for the turbo - a 60trim T3 (stg3 .63ar hotside) is the smallest I'd go with. It can make up to 350whp, 300whp in most cases, and will spool fast vs a t3/t04e. The radiator doesn't have to be increased in width, just in thickness as long as you have a good slimfan (SPAL) & shroud - it makes turbo fitment much easier. Cast iron manifolds are great, as long as its not a chinese knock-off. Same for stainless manifolds - if its made by a good fabricator, it will last a long time. The injectors will push around 300whp, and little more with that big fuel pump.

Good luck

not all us b18c1s come with oil coolers, 94s and 95s dont.

Cool i'll just get the civic sized alloy one then instead of the teg.

Would a standard B18C4/C1 block be able to handle 300whp and how much psi are we talking? the car will be run on Shell V-Power which is 99RON

Would you suggest moving up to say 550's and running at a lower duty cycle? I read that the injectors should run at around 60-70% and anything 80%> is not recommended.

Sorry for the load of questions and thanks for your advice
