Which one of these ICs should I buy?
Here's the options:

2. custom FMIC off of VTC_CiViC's car - 200 good condition http://www.makuragi.s5.com/civic_98
3. Tyrus custom FMIC (ebay) - anywhere from 150 to 280 shipped, no mounting tabs http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...12747
4. custom FMIC (ebay) probably 200-250 picked up - http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...12479
Based on their design and flow ratings, which one do you think is the most bang for the buck?
