Is the OLD S-AFC (non-digital) worth a crap?
I'm talking about the one that just has the dials in the front. Is it worth using for the AFC hack? I'm gonna boost my car in the next few months and am on a tight budget.

I suggest you not boost your motor until your funds allow so. You're going to break bust and melt more stuff than you'll ever imagine in your first couple of weeks of boosting.
Also I'd suggest saving up for antoher month or so for a cheap standalone. I know plenty of people on here selling hondata for ~350 or some people who will burn you a chip that takes out timing and adds fuel accordingly to your boost setup.
