that sounds about right.

be sure to clean the area, and use JB weld as well. if done right, it will hold just as good as a weld job.

worked on my integra for 5 months before it was stolen.

This is what you want. Just make a 7/8" hole where you want your return drain. Insert the fitting put on the washer and tighten the nut and you are in biz.

As far as I know, you have to buy each part seperate unless someone puts them together as a kit. That one washer is called Dowty Seal and costs about $10 by itself. I think all the parts were around $25 or so. All is available thru Earl's (no relation)

May I ask you why you dont want to weld? Welding a bulk fitting is more secure and fool-proof. Less chance of leakage and long term issues where as, with the fittings, it my come loose or not seal properly causing oil leaks.

It seals with o-rings on both sides and you would install the nut with loc-tite. Welding is just as good for an install but the welds can break or leak plus not everyone has access to a welder. This is a project that a noob could do himself. We will probably weld our fitting in and I will probably sell this set-up

that sounds about right.

worked on my integra for 5 months before it was stolen.
I wouldn't JB weld it. I would just use the Bulkhead style fitting earl suggested and put a teflon washer on the inside and outside of the pan. it will be plenty tight (you never worry about your drain plug falling out, right?) if you really want, you can put some RTV around the washers, too...that's what I have and it's been about 6 months that way, no prob. I also used an AN-8 size line (smaller than most) and would go -10 if I was to do it again.

Probably just use a -10 to pipe, cut a hole in the pan and weld it.
