Default Oil and Water's Cooled Turbo's

If you have a turbo that is oil and water cooled. When you going to "clock" the turbo which would you have in the "North" or up postion. As of right now it has the water feed up?. Is this correct or do i need to move the oil up top.

what's important is where the oil return is, and that should be pointing down.
