Default Oil/Water turbo

going oil/water turbo on t3/t4 drag kit..does anyone know how to hook up the water lines??..can you post pics??..or a website that might help....for type-R

I dont have pics.. but this is how you do it. Look at the side of your head right where the radiator hose runs into it. There will be a smaller coolant hose (about 3/8") coming off right there. No trace it back and see where it goes. Thats all there is too it. Just run the turbo right in the middle of that coolant flow.

thanks...yeah the coolant running to the throttle body right?? i thought if i did this the throttle body would run to hot...doesn anyone have pics??

yeah... i do believe that is the one. But I have my TB coolant by-passed!

What is the advantage of a water cooled bearing section anyway?
(Besides longer bearing/turbo life)

nothing power wise... but you dont have to let your car idle as long as you would with just the oil.
