Oil pressure and oil lines questions
I drained my oil and changed to a moroso pan , this is for a gsr and the moroso is the stock pan configuration. I also installed new oil filter , golden eagle sandwich adaptor and hooked in oil pressure sending unit and oil feedline into the sandwich. Now i wanna pressurize the system and get the oil moving through everything before i start it and get oil fed into the turbo. I took out the fuel pump fuse and cracked it but i had no oil coming from the oil feed line , is this normal . I cranked for at least 30 secs on and off. I dont wanna have the turbo spinning without good oil pressure in it and also in the head of the engine and whatnot . The car has been sitting for about 6 months.

It's going to take forever for the motor to turn enough for there to be oil pressure. There are just not enough rpm's for the pump to start pump in a short amount of time. I was scared too when and I did the same as you are doing. However, it took too damn long so I just started the car and pressure came in like less than 5 seconds after starting.
