anyone every experience this. My bro was driving his rex to work and noticed when he stopped a puddle of oil oozing from the front of his ride. HE opened the hood and oil was gushing from the wastegate. 91 crx si with a turbo Zc motor.

any takers on info would be appreciated. I thjink his valve guides might be cracked or head possibly.

Very possibly a problem with the turbo seal.

its coming from the head since the turbo seal will only blow out the downpipe not throguh the wg port so must be be burning it from the head somewhere not sure where though.

thanks viren, i figure the seals on the valves, guides possibly cracked or the head cracked itself. My bro does drive the car hard at times.

thats the only thing i can think of just get the head pressure tested .. it should show if its burning the oil did ou see oil out the manofld as well and the exhaust ports.

we havent taken the motor apart yet, just when it starts, it starts and idle fun but the wastegate pours oil out. wierd.
